The founder and CEO, Danny Gonzalez, and his brother Jovanni Cedeno, grew up with a single mother who raised five children in the inner city of Chicago. During that time, their family experienced hardships such as abuse and homelessness, including sleeping in shelters and a garage. As they grew up, they recognized their desire to help the community. In 2019, they assembled a team to start the East Valley Dream Center (EVDC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting those in poverty. The EVDC developed programs and systems to support families in lower income areas. Danny recognized, while working with families in the community, the need for more than just programs and household essentials. In 2021, they launched a behavioral health company, collaborating with a team of exceptional therapists and counselors to ensure that children received top-notch services. They acknowledged that these marginalized communities required counseling and did everything in their power to provide those services.
